  • The minimum trading lot size of SMEs ranges from 100 to 10,000, as per the SEBI guidelines.

  • Necessary underwriting (at least 15% done by mortgaged-backed securities in their account)
  • The offer document is not subject to SEBI’s registration
  • The market making is done (exchange by market makers), registered for a minimum of 3 years
